Lekker vibes *** PLEASE READ CLASS INFO BEFORE REGISTERING: • Clay Hands studio: The Clay Hands studio is a safe, respectful, non-judgemental creative space to support the innate creativity within us while learning a new skill and playing freely. The studio is in the heart of Woodstock, tucked away in a serene courtyard of the beautiful 196 Victoria Centre. It’s truly a place of calm amongst the chaos. • Dates and catch-ups: A weekly commitment for 10 consecutive weeks. Life happens though so we can offer 1 catch-up per term. Catch-up classes cannot be carried over to following terms, please arrange timeously and give us at least 24hours notice when missing a class so that we can fill someone else in to your spot. Please check dates carefully. • Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 5 business days before the term begins unless that space can be filled. Please read our policies page carefully. • Whatsapp group: You'll be added to a whatsapp group for easy communications with your group members to organise around rideshares and for updates from the teacher. • Parking and security: Roger, our amazing security guard, will help you find parking on Victoria Road or surrounding streets and will walk you to and from the car.

Cancellation Policy

Enrollment in workshops, classes and courses is limited. Early booking is encouraged, as many workshops fill quickly. A waiting list is established if a workshop is filled. • If notice of cancellation is received more than 5 days before the workshop/class/course the fee will be refunded, less 10% cancellation fee. • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 4 business days before the program begins unless that space can be filled. NO REFUND is issued in the event you cancel or do not show up on the start date. • In the event of emergency/illness, you can send an alternative person in your place. Please email us the name and email address of that person. Alternatively, if notice is given and there is a person on a waiting list that can fill your space a full refund will be given. • Classes, courses and series requires a weekly commitment for a number of consecutive weeks. Catch-ups, unless exceptional circumstance, cannot be accommodated for foundation courses as too much will be missed out. Please check dates carefully. • Clay Hands reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop/class/course due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. If this should be necessary, Natasha will contact participants by email or phone at least 4 business days in advance of the date of the workshop, followed by a full refund.
