Book a Catch up class

Details

We know life gets busy and things happens so in order to help students when you have to miss classes we offer 2 catch up classes per full term. It is a lot of extra admin for us to shuffle students around in the classes so please help us by letting us know when you are unable to attend a class with good notice (preferably a week, but minimum 12 hours) and please book your catch up class ahead of time (ie don't leave until the last week of term). If you can't make your catch up class please give 12 hours notice. Missed catch up classes will be forfeited. Catch up classes can't be carried over to the next term and must be used in the current term. Term 2 2024 there is lots of space for catch ups in the Thursday evening class and Friday morning. Tuesday night is a wheel foundation class so there is only space for hand building/glaze catching up.

Cancellation Policy

Enrollment in workshops, classes and courses is limited. Early booking is encouraged, as many workshops fill quickly. A waiting list is established if a workshop is filled. • If notice of cancellation is received more than 5 days before the workshop/class/course the fee will be refunded, less 10% cancellation fee. • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 4 business days before the program begins unless that space can be filled. NO REFUND is issued in the event you cancel or do not show up on the start date. • In the event of emergency/illness, you can send an alternative person in your place. Please email us the name and email address of that person. Alternatively, if notice is given and there is a person on a waiting list that can fill your space a full refund will be given. • Classes, courses and series requires a weekly commitment for a number of consecutive weeks. Catch-ups, unless exceptional circumstance, cannot be accommodated for foundation courses as too much will be missed out. Please check dates carefully. • Clay Hands reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop/class/course due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. If this should be necessary, Natasha will contact participants by email or phone at least 4 business days in advance of the date of the workshop, followed by a full refund.
