Go on a hands-on creative journey with our 5-week introductory course in hand building with clay. Perfect for beginners, this course will guide you through the basics of working with clay and provide a solid foundation for your artistic exploration. Learn essential techniques such as wedging, pinching, coiling, and slabbing through a series of guided projects and demonstrations. Our expert instructor, Valeria, will guide you through each step, ensuring you grasp the basics with confidence. The 5 weeks will run over 10 weeks, every second Saturday to allow for flexibility with our precious weekend time. Unleash your creativity and make beautiful items for your home. Bowls, vases, mugs and more > 5 weeks with sessions every second Saturday morning 10:00 - 13:00 > Sessions: 1st +15th February + 1st + 15th +29th March > Class is for a group of 10 > Fee includes clay + tools + firing + studio time ** Missed classes will be forfeited so please check dates carefully before registering**

Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in workshops, classes and courses is limited. Early booking is encouraged, as many workshops fill quickly. A waiting list is established if a workshop is filled. • If notice of cancellation is received more than 5 days before the workshop/class/course the fee will be refunded, less 10% cancellation fee. • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 4 business days before the program begins unless that space can be filled. NO REFUND is issued in the event you cancel or do not show up on the start date. • In the event of emergency/illness, you can send an alternative person in your place. Please email us the name and email address of that person. Alternatively, if notice is given and there is a person on a waiting list that can fill your space a full refund will be given. • Classes, courses and series requires a weekly commitment for a number of consecutive weeks. Catch-ups, unless exceptional circumstance, cannot be accommodated for foundation courses as too much will be missed out. Please check dates carefully. • Clay Hands reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop/class/course due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. If this should be necessary, Natasha will contact participants by email or phone at least 4 business days in advance of the date of the workshop, followed by a full refund.
